-RULES YOU NEED TO KNOW-

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous of other guests. Re-registration must be completed by 10 am on the day of check out. Check-out is 11 am Only one vehicle plus your RV is permitted to park at your site. additional vehicles and guests / guest vehicles must be registered and parked in guest parking. Do not park vehicles in roadway or other sites. Speed limit is 5 MPH at all times. No vehicle washing or work unless approved by management, Check office for automatic sprinkler watering schedule. No generators allowed. Clotheslines are not permitted. Dryers are available in the laundry room. No mats / rugs on grass. NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED. No storage under or around your RV. No skateboards or skates allowed. Smoking will not be tolerated in any buildings. Please enjoy our ducks and wildlife but please DO NOT feed them at or near any sites.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings. Please supervise your children at all times.

Pets must have their owners on a leash at all times!!! Pets are not allowed in any buildings. For the safety of everyone, pets are not to be left unattended out side your RV. Owners are required to make an immediate withdrawal upon their pet’s deposit. (in other words, pick up your pet’s doo immediately.) You will be asked to leave with no refund if your pet disturbs other guests. This mean NO BARKING by you or your dog.
